Welcome to Camden Libraries
Welcome to Camden Libraries. We have 9 libraries and offer a Home Library Service. Camden Libraries are a place for everyone. You can borrow a variety of reading materials, study, receive support in finding work, access a PC and receive financial advice. You can also take part in activities and events, relax and meet new people in a friendly environment.

Camden Libraries News
Libraries and The Reading Agency are planning next year’s Summer Reading Challenge, and we need your help!
We’d like to ask you some questions about what matters most to you about the Challenge. There are no right or wrong answers – we want to know exactly what you think, and to hear your ideas!
The ideas we look at today will be shared with The Reading Agency as they develop the 2026 Challenge. You will be able to see how your ideas have taken shape when the Challenge begins next summer.

Dyslexia Friendly Adult Collection
Discover our new dyslexia-friendly titles for adults!
We’re excited to share a brand-new selection of books designed with dyslexia-friendly features, including clear layouts, accessible fonts, and supportive design. These books make reading more enjoyable and approachable for everyone, whether you’re a confident reader or someone who finds traditional print more challenging.
The collection is available at Swiss Cottage Library. To help you find them easily, we’ve labelled them with a DYS sticker showing the dyslexia symbol and placed them alongside our large print and audiobook collections.
There are more titles available through our digital library. OverDrive/Libby and BorrowBox offer a dyslexic font option designed to make text easier to read for dyslexic users.
